All orders are packed and shipped within 2–4 business days from our Melbourne studio
Estimated delivery is 2–6 business days depending on your location
Delivery times range from 7–21 business days based on region and customs clearance
Every order includes tracking so you can follow your parcel from our door to yours

Care Instuctions
To keep your 3D artwork looking its best, follow these simple care tips:
Use a soft, dry cloth or microfiber duster to gently remove dust from the frame and artwork surface
Keep your artwork away from direct humidity or damp areas, as it may affect the paper and frame over time
Always lift the frame from both sides — avoid pressing on the 3D track or print surface
Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may cause fading over time
